Welcome to the wild, wild west! The moment each Cub Scout steps onto Main Street and lays eyes on the old frontier town of Butte Creek, he or she will find it easy to imagine themselves as part of the wild west. Butte Creek has a Western-style Main Street, and mail is delivered by the Pony Express!

Join us for a Main Street hoedown, a weekly Street Show for the entire family that’s a walk-through the history of the American West.
Accommodations
Each pack stays in a campsite identified by different “brands.” The brands are Setting Sun, Lazy B, Yellow Rose, Happy River, Circle T, 2 of Hearts, Flying J, Rocking K, and the newest site, Walking 3. Meals are served in a large full service dining hall.

That’s right, pardner! We don’t forget the parents need a hot cup ‘o joe (or tea) to kickstart your day plus activities just for you!
First-timer? Well, welcome to Butte Creek, pardner.
Arrival
Once ya’ll arrive, we’ll do a quick health check and then give you a tour of camp. (Remember, this is a working ranch, so watch your step for horse pies!) Our wagons will bring your gear to your campsite, or if you’ve got grit, you can lug it there yourself. Then the fun begins!
Accomodations
Here, you’ll love our western-themed downtown, dining hall and trading post. You’ll sleep in new, 2-person mini-adirondacks. (These are like a big “Snoopy house” with raised wood bunks.) We also have new shower houses and flusing outhouses throughout camp. Remember, this is a working ranch, so watch your step for horse pies!
Rip roarin’ fun!
Prepare for fun! You can pan for gold in Butte Creek, pet our farm animals, or get a helmet on and go for a horse ride. You can hike, do archery, shoot BB guns and more! It’s all safe and monitored by our trained staff and wranglers. Your camp mail will arrive via “Pony Express” too!
