Marketing Associate – Now seeking applications (Jun 5)
We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Associate join our team. In this role, you’ll assist with social media content, email newsletters, graphic design, promotional materials, and event marketing campaigns. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) is helpful, and experience in photography, video production, or nonprofit work is a plus. Spanish language fluency is desirable and earns a higher hourly rate.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to build a real-world portfolio, receive mentorship from marketing professionals, and make a meaningful community impact. Bookkeeper – Now seeking applications (Jun 5)

Part-Time Sewer/Sales Associate – Now accepting applications for future openings
The new Scout Store is accepting applicants for part-time sales associate(s) to assist customers, sew patches, hem uniforms, stock shelves, and help deliver a top-notch retail store experience for members. Starting pay is $18/hr. Please send resume to: info@cpcscouting.org

Summer Camp Staff
The council will hire over 250 persons to work with our youth in camps from the “Coast to the Cascades.” Successful applicants will enjoy a weekly salary, room and board, training, and a great outdoor experience with youth. Minimum ages are 15 for a two-week volunteer ‘Staff in Training’ role, and 16 for a full-summer paid role. View more information

Camp Rangers – no current openings
Cascade Pacific Council employs several camp rangers to provide year-round maintenance and management of council properties. There are no open positions currently, but persons who wish to be placed on a waiting list to be notified of future positions may send an email to bo.henderson@scouting.org

Summer Camp Directors – no current openings
The council maintains a list of persons interested in becoming camp directors. The list is referenced in September when the positions are considered for the following year.  A prerequisite is to have been a successful camp business manager and/or to have multiple years of camp leadership experience.  To have your name added to the list, send an email to bo.henderson@scouting.org. Camp directors must be: at least 21 years of age, able to meet the joining requirements of the BSA, familiar with the BSA program of the camp of interest (Cub Scout / Scouts BSA), available for all pre-camp training sessions and meetings, available for the full summer camp session, have budget experience, able to work with youth and adult staff and have a desire to make camp the best it can be.
