Support Camp
Why Camp?
Outdoor adventure is the promise of Scouting and the core path to developing character, citizenship, and personal fitness in our youth. Camp is where this promise is fulfilled, where Scouts build self-reliance, leadership skills, and resilience by conquering challenges in the outdoors.
This vital experience thrives because of your support. Whether you have an afternoon to contribute, a passion for hands-on stewardship, or resources to invest in the next generation of outdoor leaders, we have a way for you to make a difference.
How to Support
Our camps depend on contributions of time, talent, and treasure from our community. You can partner with us to ensure camp remains safe and successful by:
-
Volunteering Your Time: Help with hands-on improvements at any of our camps.
-
Making a Financial Gift: Donate funds for critical repairs, new equipment, and camper scholarships.
-
Serving as a Leader: Commit to a year-round, dedicated volunteer role like a Campmaster.

Weekend Events
Each of our camps hosts a Camp Stewardship Weekend in the spring, offering a unique opportunity for volunteers to come together and prepare camp for the upcoming summer season. From trail maintenance and clearing brush to painting cabins and working on facility upgrades, your contributions help ensure that camp is ready for an unforgettable season of adventure!
- Commitment: You are welcome to join us for the full weekend or just for the day on Saturday—whatever fits your schedule.
- Overnight Stay: If you plan to stay overnight, please note that all adults staying overnight must be registered members of Scouting.
Special Projects
Throughout the year, we organize specialized Camp Clean-Up Days and smaller projects focused on specific needs, such as conservation, building repair, or major facility upgrades. These are great for groups or individuals looking for a shorter opportunity to pitch in. Check our event calendar for dates and specific project details.
Support Financially
Financial contributions are essential for maintaining the daily operations, facilities, and programs at our camps. Your donation helps fund necessary repairs, purchase new equipment, and support scholarships so every Scout can experience camp. Your gift, no matter the size, makes a difference in the life of a Scout.
Become a Campmaster
Want to get even more involved in supporting camp year-round? Consider becoming a Campmaster, this dedicated volunteer role involves serving as a host and resource for groups using the camp during the off-season, helping keep our properties running smoothly 365 days a year.
