Meet Aaron Abrahamsen, a CPC Eagle Scout who has not only earned our highest rank but also EVERY single merit badge on the docket for a total of 138 plus 7 Silver Palms and 1 Gold Palm.
Aaron has also earned the prestigious National Medal for Outdoor Achievement. This medal was established in 2010 as the “highest recognition a Scout can earn for exemplary achievement, experience and skill in multiple areas of outdoor endeavor.” To date only about 300 Scouts have completed this achievement. They include:

Aaron earned 6 STEM Nova and Super Nova awards during his time in Scouting, including the Dr. Bernard Harris Supernova award and the Thomas Edison Supernova awards which involved additional merit badges, participation in state science competitions, delivering STEM presentations and other science research activities to earn.
Aaron continued to work to help others in their Scouting Adventure throughout his time in Scouting holding numerous leadership positions at the Patrol, e.g., Patrol leader, and troop, e.g., Senior Patrol leader, level during his Scouting career. He acted as the Junior Assistant Scout master as his last role with the troop prior to turning 18.
He assisted in teaching fishing knot skills as part of the fishing merit badge at his last meeting as a scout with Troop 149, earning his Complete Angler Award in the process.
