Donating your used vehicle or boat with trailer can help Scouting!

Trucks and work vehicles

If you have a truck or other work vehicle that you’d like to donate, please contact Bo Henderson, our facilities manager. He can evaluate whether your vehicle could be a good fit at one of our camp properties. We cannot accept non-running vehicles, or those that need significant repairs. If your truck is in good working condition, please contact Bo Henderson at 503.225.5744 or bo.henderson@scouting.org.

Cars, vans, and other vehicles, including boats with trailers

We have partnered with a leading auto-donation program that will pick up your vehicle, prepare it for sale, and notify you after the sale with details that you’ll need for tax purposes. Click here to start the process. 

Support Local Scouts By Designating a Specific Program!

You can choose to designate Sea Scouts when you donate your boat or other vehicle and they’ll receive a 20% commission check.

You can also donate a vehicle and designate proceeds to a specific Scout unit who will receive a 10% commission (in the form of a camp scholarship) for the donation. 

How? To donate your car/boat/trailer and enroll in the commission program, send an email to Jason Macpherson with details of the car/boat/RV you wish to donate.
