The Spirit Lake District of the Cascade Pacific Council, BSA serves the Battle Ground, Camas, Castle Rock, Clatskanie, Evergreen, Green Mountain, Hockinson, Kalama, Kelso, La Center, Longview, Mt. Pleasant, Rainier, Ridgefield, Skamania, Toutle Lake, Vancouver, Washougal, Wahkiakum, and Woodland school districts.

Volunteers and paid professionals from the district support the packs, troops, and crews that make Scouting happen through mentoring, events, and administrative support to adult leaders.
